​​When I started this journey, it was with a simple but powerful goal: to help kids live normal lives. For too long, patients suffering from neurological deficits, especially those with rare conditions like MCT-8 deficiency, have had limited options. MCT-8 deficiency can significantly impact development and quality of life, and families often live with more questions than answers. I believed there had to be a better way, and that belief gave birth to our mission: to treat and improve the lives of those facing these challenges every day.
